MHS was founded in 2022 by Austin Marks. Our supplements are not made for one specific type of athlete. We want to provide supplements that can help almost anybody. We hold a high standard for our team, athletes, and customers. MHS is built on 3 core values: Service, Humility, and Integrity. The core values come from us being a Christian based company.
Our slogan is "Be the 1%". We push our team and customers to strive for this goal every day.

Our mission is to help every person realize that there are no limitations when it comes to their health and fitness. We want to help people achieve what they thought was impossible

About the CEO
Austin Marks
I was born into an average family. I had an average childhood like most Americans. I am nothing special. I just knew that I always wanted more out of life. I wanted to achieve everything that I possibly could while I walked on this earth. I joined the military at 17 and I served 6 years in the Army National Guard. I went to college when I finished my training at 19. I graduated from a community college with a degree in respiratory therapy. I worked through Covid inside of a hospital. I was inside of the ICU most of the time. I was always into business, but as I went through this I realized that I needed a change. I loved helping people in healthcare, but I knew that I could reach many more people if I started a supplement company and made videos online. This is where MHS began. Throughout my journey I have had the pleasure to help thousands of people. I have also brought several people to Jesus Christ through my platform. I can not show enough gratitude towards everyone who has impacted me. As I told you, I am nothing special, but I always wanted to strive to be the 1%. I want to help you do the same.
